Shashank Dhariwal is an AI Specialist with 9+ years of experience in the Biometrics and Automotive industry. With an impressive career starting with Masters at the University of Southampton, he has been at the forefront of driving digital transformation and fostering innovation within the organization.
As a biometrics expert, Shashank is playing a key role in the development of seamless keyless entry for vehicles, making the driving experience more convenient and secure. Additionally, he led the implementation of Emotion Recognition, allowing for personalized user experiences in cars.
Shashank's contributions extend beyond technical expertise. As the Innovation Manager, he is responsible for driving impactful campaigns, projects, and nurturing a culture of innovation within the company and has several publications and patents to his name. His strong leadership skills have been instrumental in forging strategic partnerships and advancing the company's initiatives in the field of AI and biometrics.

Mat Grimes, Director End User Experience: Privacy and Security have always been at the forefront of Matt Grimes' endeavors. He has been a Product leader at many well-respected companies in this space such as Mozilla and DuckDuckGo. He is currently leading the Password Manager team at 1Password. Grimes is also a passionate evangelist of Open Source software. He has contributed to multiple Open Source projects over the years and continues to do so today.

Swarna Kavi is a Distinguished Engineer at Capital One leading the design and development of Consumer Identity Solutions. She has over 15+ years of software development experience and over 7 years in designing and building IAM solutions. Prior to joining Capital One she started her IAM journey by leading the migration of critical financial regulatory applications from legacy IAM solutions to modern standards based solutions on cloud. She is passionate about designing modern, secure, resilient and performant IAM systems that can withstand the sophisticated Cyber threats.

On personal front Swarna lives with her husband and 2 young boys in Maryland. Her personal interests include baking, traveling, dancing, interior decoration and spending time with family.
