Felipe Duarte is a Threat Research Lead at Security Joes. Born in Bogotá, Colombia, he is an electronics engineer who is passionate about reverse engineering malware, cyber threat intelligence and Python development. He brings with him seven years of experience in the security field, almost all of them dedicated to malware analysis. In addition to this, he loves to be a speaker, ride his motorcycle and travel around the world.

Hank Thomas is a Washington D.C. based Venture Capital Investor, Founder, and CEO of Strategic Cyber Ventures (SCV). SCV invests in rapidly growing cybersecurity, privacy, and resiliency focused technology companies. The SCV team brings an expert, more modern venture capital experience to startup founders and the broader investment ecosystem, working every day to bridge the gap between emerging commercial technology and corporate and national security challenges. Hank is a former U.S. Army Intelligence Officer, and Booz Allen Hamilton security consultant and executive. He leverages 24 years of experience to identify, invest in, and help mature differentiated technology companies. Hank serves as a member of the board of directors for cybersecurity technology companies Polarity, ID DataWeb, and Snap Attack, as well as on the advisory board of the Consumer Electronics Show (CES).

Tammy is the CEO and founder of CyAlliance. She acts as a strategic advisor and “alliance” builder for companies, vendors and startups by leading, building and scaling their security offerings while providing trusted executive advisory services and professional services for companies worldwide. With her 30+ years of technology experience, she is noted by her peers to be a results-driven and passionate executive leader.

Tom Quinn is Head of Enterprise Security for T. Rowe Price and serves as the firm’s Chief Information Security Officer. Before joining T. Rowe Price, he was Managing Director and Technology Controls Officer for JPMC Consumer and Community Banking. Previously, Tom was Managing Director, Chief Information Security Officer for BNY Mellon and Senior Vice President, Chief Information Security Officer for State Street Corporation. He also managed both Infrastructure and Application Security teams at Goldman Sachs. Tom earned a B.A. in Political Science from Old Dominion University and a M.S. in Information Technology Management from Naval Postgraduate School. He is also a Certified Information Security Manager (CISM).
