Jesse Fasolo serves as Director of Technology Infrastructure and Cyber Security, Information Security Officer (ISO) at St. Joseph’s Health, where his core mission is to lead multiple teams of technology innovators that are ushering the healthcare system through a digital transformation. In this role, Jesse is responsible for developing and implementing the information technology strategy to align with health system’s overall strategic goals, deploy the latest technology to support business operations, and ensure all data is protected. Over his 20+ year career, his scope of responsibility has typically included: technology infrastructure, information systems, security architecture, project management, vendor management, business continuity/disaster recovery, service delivery, and business strategy. Prior to joining St. Joseph’s Health, Jesse gained extensive experience in information technology holding senior roles across other industries including finance, legal and retail. He holds a Master’s degree in Management, Strategy and Leadership from Michigan State University and a Bachelor’s degrees in Information Systems and Business Administration from Florida Institute of Technology. Currently, he is pursuing a PhD in Organizational Leadership to enhance his skills in leading organizations through transformations and further his own development of advanced leadership competencies.
