Carmen V. Lidz serves as the Vice Chancellor and Chief Information Officer at Los Angeles Community Colleges District (LACCD), accountable for technology strategy and operations in support of over 230,000 students across the 9 colleges. She is charged with driving a forward-looking IT strategy to enable a diverse student community to have access to higher education and to complete their studies.
