Dennis has a full career in telecommunications, networking, enterprise applications both traditional and cloud based, product management, and leadership expertise. Dennis’ career began at Bell Northern Research, the research and development arm of Northern Telecom and Bell Canada as a Hardware and Firmware Senior Architect and Design Engineer, where he developed high speed networks and call processing platforms for next generation Meridian products. Prior to joining Palo Alto Networks Product Marketing for Software Firewalls, Dennis played key executive roles at Expandable Software and GoDigital Networks in taking system level products to market; GoDigital Networks resulting in the exit acquisition by CTDI. Dennis also played a key role founding and initial funding of Intera Systems designing and developing products based on terabit multifunctional networking fabrics. Dennis’ background includes architectural product design, finance, product management, marketing and a proven track record of leadership. He holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from California Polytechnic San Luis Obispo and post engineering studies in software methodologies at Stanford University, neural-networks at University of California, Santa Cruz, and Product Management credentials from UC Berkeley Haas School of Business.
